We are committed to offering you products that are as fresh and local as possible. So, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., our team welcomes you for a gourmet breakfast featuring a self-service buffet. You’ll be able to enjoy a variety of breads from the Marc Favalessa bakery in Rousset, pastries made with AOP butter, extra-fresh organic soft-boiled eggs from the Trets agricultural cooperative, cakes baked by our chef and his team, a granola bar made in our kitchen, as well as a selection of savory items (ham, cheese, and smoked salmon), fruit juices and jams from Alain Millat, a spread made by our team, honey produced in part from the hives on our property by the beekeeper “Les abeilles de Lisette,” and filter coffee.
